Ring-Do Automobile Hire Center of the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions was established in 1993. It provides car hire services mainly for embassies, foreign news agencies, foreign companies and joint venture companies in China.

Vacation resort
Established in March 1950, the Beidaihe Guesthouse for Diplomatic Missions has a history of nearly 60 years. The Guesthouse was registered in 1998 and now possesses fix assets totaling RMB 8.6 million with 83 staff members. In the early years, the Guesthouse mainly carried out political tasks of receiving diplomatic envoys to China, diplomats and correspondents working with foreign news agencies.

The Canadian International School of Beijing (CISB) www.cisb.com.cn, as one of the 10 cooperation projects in 2005 between the Chinese and the Canadian governments, was jointly set up by the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions, the New Brunswick Department of Education, and AKD INC.

Huaxing Company, established in 1983, is a professional service company with the status of independent legal person. It mainly provides labour service, office and residence cleaning, and repair of electrical appliances for diplomatic missions and UN organizations and their personnel in Beijing. In recent year it has also expanded its business to include gardening and horticulture, interior decoration and renovation, and banquet catering service.

The Capital Construction Division used to be the Embassy Section of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Housing Administration in the 1950’s. Established in 1987, the Education and Training Center has been the training organ affiliated to the Beijing General Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions. The Center is responsible for providing guidance, coordination and implementation of induction training and in-service training for all staff members. Its key duties are to provide specialized training programs in English, computers, corporate management and practical skills.
